Usage: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry. Flow Cytometry: 1:50-1:100. Use 10 μL of the diluted antibody to label 1 x106 or 100 μL whole blood. Immunohistochemistry: frozen and paraffin. Requires antigen retrieval using heat treatment prior to staining of paraffin sections. Positive control: Tonsil. The applications listed have been tested for the unmodified form of this product. Other forms have not been tested. - Comment
