Specificity
- Reacts with the Alpha 5 integrin. Has been shown to stimulate homotypic cellular aggregation of alpha 5 beta 1 positive lymphoid cell lines. It also inhibits the adherence of cells to fibronectin. Removal of sodium azide is recommended prior to use in functional assays. Species cross-reactivity: canine.
