Application Notes
-
Approved: IHC, WB (0.5 - 2 μg/mL)
Usage: Suitable for Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Western Blot: 0.5-2 μg/mL detects calreticulin in RIPA lysates from murine 3T3/NIH fibroblasts and human foreskin fibroblast (HFF). 20 μg 3T3/NIH and 10 μg HFF cell lysates were resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with anti-human Calreticulin (0.5 μg/mL). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Immunohistochemistry: Detects calreticulin in tissue sections and cells. Included Positive Antigen Control: 3T3 lysate. Use 20 μg per lane for minigels. -
