-
Approved: ICC (1 - 2 μg/mL), WB (0.2 - 2 μg/mL)
Usage: Suitable for Western Blot and Immunocytochemistry. Proteins were visualized using an goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Immunocytochemistry: 1-2 μg/mL shows positive immunostaining for CAR in HeLa cells, hCAR transfected CHO cells, but not in untransfected CHO cells fixed with 4 % paraformaldehyde and permeabilized with 0.2 % Triton-X. Positive control: Lung tissue.
