Application Notes
-
Approved: IP, WB (0.5 - 2 μg/mL)
Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Western Blot: 0.5-2 μg/mL detects Fas (~45 kD) in RIPA lysates of mouse 3T3/A31 fibroblast cells and bovine brain. Immunoprecipitation: 4 μg immunoprecipitates Fas from 3T3 cells. RIP, a death domain containing protein, was co-precipitated with Fas. -
