Specificity
- MW of the recognized antigen is 24kD. Recognizes 22-43 % of peripheral non-T cells (B cells). Recognizes blood platelets and a few of granulous cells on normal bone marrow. Recognizes the majority of acute lymphoid leukemia, non-T, non-B, CALLA positive, some atypic or myeloid leukemias and chronic lymphoid leukemias. Recognizes the distal convoluted tubule and the distal right tubule of nephrons.
