Application Notes: Approved: ICC (5 - 10 μg/mL), IP, WB

Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, and Immunocytochemistry. Western Blot Analysis: 0.5-2 μg/mL detects Cbl (120kD) in RIPA lysates from human Jurkat and mouse 3T3 cells. 3T3 cell lysate was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with anti-Cbl (1 μg/mL). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Immunoprecipitation: 2 μg of a previous lot immunoprecipitated Cbl from 1 μg of a mouse 3T3 cell RIPA lysate. Immunocytochemistry: 5-10 μg/mL of a previous lot showed positive immunostaining for Cbl in 3T3 cells fixed with ice cold methanol/ethanol [1:1] for 1 minute. Positive control: F4209:3T3 lysate. Use 20 μg per lane for minigels.
