    Extracellular Domain

    Specificity

Recognizes a non-polymorphic determinant on both the 85 and 78kD Lutheran (Lu) glycoproteins. BRIC Recognizes an epitope in the fourth extracellular domain of Lu glycoprotein. Lutheran glycoprotein is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily and has recently been designated CD239 (B-CAM) at the 7th leucocyte typing workshop. CD239 is expressed by erythrocytes in the peripheral blood.

    Purification

    Protein A purified

    Immunogen

    Human erythrocytes.

    Type of Immunogen: Cells

    Isotype

    IgG2b
  • Application Notes

    Approved: Flo, WB

Usage: Flow Cytometry: Use 10 μL of the suggested working dilution to label 10^6 cells in 100 μL. Method sheets are available on request. For Western blot, non-reducing conditions are required.
