Product Details anti-CD48 Antibody

Specificity: Recognizes the human 45kD leucocyte surface glycoprotein specific for the CD48 antigen which is closely related to the activation antigen, Blast-1. It is useful in the detection of CD48 positive cells and may be used in studies to differentiate hematopoietic tumors, sarcomas and melanomas. Species cross-reactivity: Rhesus monkey.

This product does not require protein digestion pre-treatment of paraffin sections. This product does not require antigen retrieval using heat treatment prior to staining of paraffin sections. Western Blot: Non-reducing conditions. Positive control: Tonsil.
