Clone

ED9
  • Specificity

Recognizes rat CD172a also known as Signal regulatory protein (SIRP). CD172a is expressed selectively by myeloid cells and by neurons. ED9 binds to a different epitope on SIRP than MRC OX-41 and has been reported to block the interaction of CD172a - CD47. Removal of Sodium Azide is recommended prior to use in functional assays. XXX recommend the use of EQU003 for this purpose.

    Purification

    Protein A purified

    Immunogen

    Spleen cell homogenate.

    Isotype

    IgG1
  • Application Notes

    Approved: Flo (1:10 - 1:50), IHC, IHC-Fr (1:100 - 1:1000), IP, WB

Usage: Flow Cytometry: Use 10 μL of the suggested working dilution to label 10^6 cells in 100 μL. Method sheets are available on request.
