Application Notes: For Western blotting dilutions to be used depend on detection system applied. It is recommended that users test the reagent and determine their own optimal dilutions. The typical starting working dilution is 1:10. Western blotting can be performed using standard procedures. Blocking should be performed with 1 - 1.5 % bovine serum albumin (for phosphotyrosine blotting never use non-fat dry milk or other).
