Application Notes
-
Approved: ELISA, WB
Usage: ELISA Detection: Useful as a detection antibody in a sandwich ELISA for quantifying human G-CSF protein levels.1,2 Biotinylated antibody should be paired with a suitable purified antibody as the capture antibody, with purified recombinant human G-CSF as the standard. Western Blot: Useful for Western blot applications. A concentration of 1-5 μg/mL (in conjunction with AP-labeled Goat Anti-Rat-Ig) has been found to enable detection of 100 ng/lane of recombinant human G-CSF under reducing conditions. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested. -
