Application Notes

Approved: IHC, IHC-P, WB (1 - 2 μg/mL)
Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Western Blot: 1-2 μg/mL for 2hrs at RT. Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/paraffin): 1:100 for 20 minutes at RT using the LP system, 30 minutes at RT using UltraVision. No special pretreatment is required for staining of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissues. Positive control: Recombinant human Factor XIII a-subunit, capillary hemangioma, dermatofibroma and placenta. The applications listed have been tested for the unmodified form of this product. Other forms have not been tested. -
