Application Notes: Approved: IF, IHC, IHC-Fr, IHC-P, IP

Usage: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Immunoprecipitation, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Immunoprecipitation (Native and denatured): 2 μg/mg protein lysate using Protein G. Western Blot: 1-2 μg/mL for 2 hrs at RT. Immunohistochemistry (acetone-fixed, frozen and acid-alcohol-fixed, paraffin-embedded): 2 μg/mL for 30 min at RT. Note: Staining of acid-alcohol fixed tissues requires antigen unmasking with 15000U/mL of bovine testicular hyaluronidase in PBS,  pH 7.4 for 30 min at 37?C. Positive control: LS174T cells, normal colon or colon carcinoma.
