    ICPs & late structural (virion) antigens. Cross reactivity is >90 % with human rotaviruses (reported). Uninfected cell reactivity is negative against HEp-2 cells and WI-38 cells by indirect immunofluorescence.

  • Application Notes
    Suitable for use in direct IFA. A starting range of 1:10-1:50 is suggested. Acetone fixation of the antigen source is recommended prior to staining. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.
