Application Details

Application Notes: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:4000. Western Blot: Approximately 50 kDa band in human skin lysates after 1 μg/mL antibody staining . The 50 kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. IHC: In paraffin embedded Human Bronchus shows strong nuclear staining in the basal cells of the resporatory epithelium. Recommended concentration, 5-10μg/mL.
