    Purification
    Liver X Receptor antibody was purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.

    Liver X Receptor antibody was raised against a 15 amino acid synthetic peptide near the internal region of Liver X Receptor.

    ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:32,000. Western Blot: Approximately 55 kDa band observed in human spleen lysates (calculated MW of 50.5 kDa according to NP_005684 and 50.1 kDa according to NP_009052). Recommended concentration: 1-3 μg/mL.
