Purification
- HTATSF1 antibody was purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
-
Immunogen
- HTATSF1 antibody was raised against a 15 amino acid synthetic peptide near the internal region (near the N-Terminus) of HTATSF1.

Application Notes
- ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:16,000. Western Blot: Approximately 140 kDa band observed in lysates of Daudi lysate (calculated MW of 85.9 kDa according to NP_055315.2). The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Zhou and Sharp, Science. 1996 Oct 25,274 (5287) :605-10., PMID: 8849451). Recommended concentration: 1-3 μg/mL. an additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 20 kDa . This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
