Application Notes
- ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000. Western Blot: Approximately 38 kDa band observed in human kidney and U937 lysates (calculated MW of 35.2 kDa according to NP_036372.1). In transfected HEK293 transiently expressing SIRT4 a band of approximately 38 kDa is observed. This band is not observed in the non-transfected HEK293. Recommended concentration: 1-3 μg/mL. Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded skeletal muscle shows spotty staining of striated fibres in longitudinal section. Recommended concentration, 2-3 μg/mL.
