Immunohistochemistry: Paraffin embedded Human Lung. Recommended concentration: 5 μg/mL.

Western Blot: Approx 25 kDa band observed in Human Liver lysates (calculated MW of 23.3 kDa according to NP_006432.1). Recommended concentration: 0.5-1.5 μg/mL. Primary incubation was 1 hour.

Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000.
