Characteristics: The 57D2 antibody reacts with an antigen that is selectively expressed on human neural progenitor cells (NPCs). Neural progenitor cells are a population of cells with self-renewal and multipotency for differentiation into astrocytes, neurons, and oligodendrocytes. The NPCs have large therapeutic value for the diseases of nervous system.

Purification: The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography, and conjugated with PE under optimal conditions. The solution is free of unconjugated PE and unconjugated antibody.
