Characteristics
-
Reacts with the 40 kDa type I membrane glycoprotein, FcγRII, the low affinity receptor for aggregated IgG expressed on B cells, monocytes, granulocytes, and platelets. CD32 mediates endocytosis, cytotoxicity, platelet activation and immunomodulation. This antibody is routinely tested by flow cytometric analysis. Other applications were tested during antibody development only or reported in the literature.
