Approved: ELISA, Flo (0.5 - 1 μg/10 x106), IF (0.5 - 1 μg/mL), IHC, IHC-P (0.5 - 1 μg/mL), IP, WB (0.25 - 0.5 μg/mL)
Usage: This antibody recognizes a 24-27 kDa estrogen-regulated protein, identified as heat shock protein 27 (hsp27). HSP27 was recently found to be identical to the estrogen-induced [Character 93]p29[Character 94] and [Character 93]24K[Character 94] protein. About 50 % of breast carcinomas are positive for HSP27, especially those that are also positive for estrogen and/or progesterone receptor. HSP27 has also been implicated in drug resistance in cancer cells. ELISA: Order BSA-free format for coating. -
