Characteristics
- The neutralizing monoclonal antibody to monkey IFN-γ . Further, the antibody has been descripted in immunohistochemical staining of frozen tissues of marmosets and in intracellular flow cytometric analysis . The MD-1 antibody has been reported to cross react with rhesus macaque, pig-tailed macaque, cynomogus monkey, baboon and African green monkey IFN-γ and can be used in Luminex systems (Giavedoni L.D. 2005).
