Application

Specificity
- Recognizes Protein C (human). Epitope specificity differs from that of clone 6F183. Reacts strongly with protein C. Strong reaction is seen in catching ELISA in combination with a biotin labeled antigen against protein C, but only when using a Tris-buffer containing 2.5 mM CaCl2. In Western blotting after SDS-PAGE reacts with protein C in non-reduced form only.
