Western Blotting (WB), ELISA
  • Specificity

Recognizes human Protein C. Epitope specificity differs from that of clone 6F182. Strong reaction is seen in sandwich ELISA in combination with a biotin labeled antigen against protein C, or in combination with at polyclonal antibody against human Protein C. In Western Blot after SDS-PAGE reacts with protein C in non-reduced form only.

    Purification

    Protein A/G purified

    Immunogen

Protein C isolated from human plasma.

    Type of Immunogen: Purified protein

    Isotype

    IgG2b kappa
  • Application Notes

    Approved: ELISA (1:2000), WB

Usage: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. ELISA: 1:2000.
