Specificity: Recognizes human Protein S. Epitope specificity differs from that of clone 6F184. Reacts strongly with protein S. Strong reaction is seen in sandwich ELISA in combination with a biotin labeled antibody against protein S. Reactivity is Ca++ dependent and is optimal when using a Tris-buffer containing 1 mM CaCl2. In Dot blotting SDS-treatment abolishes the reactivity.
