ELISA: 0.5-1 μg/mL, Detection limit for recombinant human IGSF4C is ~0.3 ng/well. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2 μg/mL, Detection limit for recombinant human IGSF4C is ~5 ng/lane (reducing and non-reducing conditions).
