Approved: ELISA (0.5 - 1 μg/mL), Flo (50 μg/mL), ICC, WB
Usage: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry and Flow Cytometry. Between each step, cells were washed with PBS containing 0.1 % BSA. Direct ELISA: 0.5-1.0 μg/mL. The detection limit is ~0.3 ng/well. Flow cytometry: 50 μg/mL. Add 10 μL to 1-2.5x10^5 cells in a total reaction volume not exceeding 200 μL. -
