Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded Human Colon shows textured staining of cytoplasm in enterocytes. Recommended concentration, 2-4 μg/mL.
Western Blot: Preliminary experiments gave an approx 35 kDa band in Human Ileum and Duodenum lysates after 0.1 μg/mL antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated
