Western Blotting (WB), ELISA
  • Specificity

Detects human VitD BP in direct ELISAs and Western Blots.

    Purification

    Protein G purified

    Immunogen

Purified hVitD BP from human plasma.

    Isotype

    IgG2b
  • Application Notes

    Approved: ELISA (0.5 - 1 μg/mL), WB (1 - 2 μg/mL)

Usage: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Western Blot: 1-2 μg/mL. Using a colorimetric detection system limit ~2 ng/lane and 25 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions, respectively. Chemiluminescent detection will increase sensitivity by 5 to 50 fold. Direct ELISA: 0.5-1.0 μg/mL. The detection limit ~10 ng/well. Hybridoma: Fusion of a mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a mouse immunized with purified, VitD BP from human plasma.
