Specificity: Anti-human gC1q-R Monoclonal Antibody is specific for the gC1q-R membrane protein. This acidic, ubiquitously expressed, single chain protein binds to the globular head domains of complement component C1q and has a molecular weight of 33kD. This antibody recognizes the N-terminal sequence corresponding to residues 76-93 and is one of the C1q binding sites.
