Product Details anti-CD94 Antibody

Specificity: This antibody is specific for CD94, also known as KLRD1 (Killer cell lectin-like receptor, subfamily D, member 1). Clone DX22 is reported to inhibit the binding of CD94 to HLA-E(2) and HLA-G(4). We recommend the use of AM05552AF-N for functional studies.

Application Notes: Flow Cytometry: Use 10 μL of 1/50-1/100 diluted antibody to label 1 x 10^6 cells in 100 μL.
