- Background
- CD72 is a 86kD cell surface homodimer which is expressed on B lymphocytes. CD72 is expressed on early B cell precursors, through to mature activated B cells, but is lost upon terminal differentiation to plasma cells.Synonyms: B-Cell marker, B-cell differentiation antigen CD72, Ly-32, Ly32, Lyb-2, Lymphocyte antigen 32
