Immunohistochemistry on paraffin sections: 1/50, This product requires protein digestionpre-treatment of paraffin sections e. g. trypsin or pronase. Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Background
CD72 is a 86kD cell surface homodimer which is expressed on B lymphocytes.
