Application Details

Application Notes: Flow Cytometry: Use 10 μL of neat antibody to label 1x10^6 cells in 100 μL. Functional Assays: Clone 2E9/13 is reported to inhibit the mixed lymphocyte reaction and Tcell stimulation induced by African swine fever virus and staphylococcal enterotoxin B.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
