Direct ELISA: 0.5-1.0 μg/mL detection limit for rhGPIb-alpha is ~1 ng/well. Western Blot: 1-2 μg/mL detection limit for rhGPIb-alpha is ~5 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions.
