Usage: Suitable for use in Direct ELISA, Western Blot. and Flow Cytometry. Direct ELISA: 0.5-1.0 μg/mL. Detection limit for rmCD73 is. ~0.3 ng/well. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2 μg/mL. Detection limit for rmCD73 is ~1 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. Flow Cytometry (Murine splenocytes): 25 μg/mL. Add 100 μL of the diluted solution to 1-2.5x10^5 cells in a total reaction volume not exceeding 200 μL. -
