Application Notes
-
Approved: Flo (25 μg/mL), WB
Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Flow cytometry. Western blot: 0.1 0.2 μg/mL. The detection limit is ~1 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. Flow cytometry: 25 μg/mL. Add 10il of the diluted solution to 1-2.5 x 10^5 cells in a total reaction volume not exceeding 200 μL. The binding of biotinylated antibodies may be visualized by adding a secondary developing reagent such as streptavidin conjugated to a fluorochrome. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested. -
