Usage: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry, ELISA and Western Blot. Immunohistochemistry: 10 μg/mL (frozen and paraffin sections). Denature DNA sample prior to use. Western Blot: 1:50-1:500. ELISA: 1:200-1:20000 against 1 μg/mL BrdU analyte. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
