Application Notes
-
Approved: ELISA (0.5 - 1 μg/mL), WB (1 - 2 μg/mL)
Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Direct ELISA. Western Blot: 1-2 μg/mL with the appropriate secondary reagents detects human IL-17 RD. The detection limit is ~25 ng/lane under non-reducing and ~5 ng/lane under reducing conditions. Direct ELISA: 0.5-1.0 μg/mL with the appropriate secondary reagents detects human IL-17 RD. The detection limit is ~1 ng/well. -
