Usage: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Western Blot: Detects bands of 76kD, 68kD, 54kD and 32kD under reducing conditions. Immunofluorescence: Staining detects a cytoplasmic pattern in infected cells. Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin and Frozen sections): Paraffin embedded sections require antigen retrieval by the use of heat treatment prior to staining. -
