  • Application Notes
    Peptide ELISA: 1/32000. Western blot: Approx 70 kDa band observed in Human Brain and 3T3 lysates (predicted MWof 60 kDa according to NP_002874). Recommended concentration: 0.1 - 0.5 μg/mL. Immunohistochemistry on paraffin sections: Human Liver shows vesicular staining in thecytoplasm of hepatocytes. Recommended concentration: 2 - 4 μg/mL.
    Other applications not tested.
    Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
