Application Details

Application Notes: Peptide ELISA: 1/32000. Western Blot: 0.5-2 μg/mL. Approx 60 kDa band observed in Human Adipose, Heart andTestis lysates (calculated MW of 55.0 kDa according to NP_065109.1). Immunohistochemistry on Paraffin Sections: 2-3 μg/mL. In paraffin embedded Human Heart shows intense staining of distinct spots in themyocardial fibres in transverse section.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
