Application Details

Application Notes: Peptide ELISA: Antibody Detection Limit Dilution: 1/32000. Western Blot: Preliminary experiments gave an approx 35 kDa band in human brain(hippocampus) lysates after 1 μg/mL antibody staining. Please note that currently wecannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculatedsize of 125 kDa according to NP_443180.2. The 35 kDa band was successfully blocked byincubation with the immunizing peptide. Immunohistochemistry: 1.25 μg/mL. In paraffin embedded Human Prostate shows cytoplasm staining of secretory cells in theglands.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
