Approved: ELISA (0.5 - 1 μg/mL), IHC (5 - 15 μg/mL), WB (0.1 - 0.2 μg/mL)
Usage: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry. ELISA: 0.5-1 μg/mL with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect mouse GDF-9. The detection limit for rmGDF-9 is approximately 0.6 ng/well. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2 μg/mL with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect mouse GDF-9. The detection limit for rmGDF-9 is approximately 25 ng/lane under reducing conditions. Immunohistochemistry: 5-15 μg/mL will detect GDF-9 in cells or tissues. -
