Application Notes
-
Approved: ICC, IP, WB
Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunocytochemistry. Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Immunoprecipitation: Has been reported by an independent laboratory to immunoprecipitate Mps1 from HeLa total cell extract. Immunocytochemistry: Has been reported by an independent laboratory to show positive immunostaining for Mps1 in U2OS or HeLa cells permeabilized with 0.5 % Triton-X-100 and fixed with methanol or paraformaldehyde. -
