Specificity
- Recognizes numerous Adenovirus, including hexon. Does not cross-react with Para 1-3, Infl. A alpha B, RSV, hMPV or Rhinovirus (type 16). Uninfected Cell Reactivity: Negative vs. HE-p2, LLCMK2 and Vero cells by indirect immunofluorescence. Reactive with types 2, 3, 4, 5 alpha 6. Broad reactivity with most/all Adeno types expected.
