Usage: Direct ELISA, Western blot, Immunohistochemistry. Direct ELISA: 0.5-1 μg/mL. Western blot: 0.1-0.2 μg/mL with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect mouse Frizzled-6. The detection limit for rmFrizzled-7 is approximately 1 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. Immunohistochemistry: 1.7-15 μg/mL.
