Usage: Suitable for use in ELISA. ELISA (capture or detection): 1:1000-1:5000. Simple ELISA, 0.5 μg Streptokinase coated per well, 50 % OD was observed at an antibody dilution of 1:2500. End point was observed at 1:50000. Assay developed using goat anti-rabbit IgG labeled with HRP and ABTS as substrate. -
