Background
-
Background: Oxalate oxidase (EC=1.2.3.4) belongs to the family of oxidoreductases, and acts on the aldehyde or oxo group of donor with oxygen as acceptor. Those reactions are specific forglyoxylate and dicarboxylate metabolism. Alternative names: oxygen oxidoreductase, aero-oxalo dehydrogenase, oxalic acid oxidase.
Additional information: Biotin/IgG protein molar ratio (B/P) is approximately 6,6, No foreign proteins are added, Marker used for lebling is N-hydroxysuccinimidoBiotin
